2.Non working student can ask 3 ppl to be joint applicants. Loan amt = sum of (2 x each ppl���s mthly pay). @ least 1 applicant = 21 yr old & annual pay = $30 000 3. interest rate = prime lending rate + 1% 4. interest rate now abt 6.25%. need guarantor
